Paneer-Corn-Spinach Sandwich

Paneer-Corn-Spinach....isn't this a lovely combo ? I made a quick sandwich filling with these, its so simple.  This combo is sure healthy, colourful and delicious. Make these sandwiches for breakfast or as snack, kids will also love these !! It's a protein and iron packed filling, so it's a wonderful idea to feed the kids. Please do try these, I am sure you will love the sandwich.


What you need?

1/2 cup crumbled Paneer (Paneer is easy to crumble if at room temp)
1/2 cup Corn
1/2 cup chopped Spinach
1/4 cup chopped Onion
1 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
1/2 tsp Chilli powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp Oil
Salt

How to prepare?

Heat oil in a pan. Splutter cumin seeds. Add onions and ginger-garlic paste. Saute until the onions turn pink.  Now add spinach and let it shrink completely. Add corn and saute until its cooked. Now add chilli powder, garam masala and salt. Finally add paneer. Mix thoroughly. Spinach might leave out water, so saute until you get almost a dry mixture. So the filling is ready now. Spread these filling in your bread and enjoy as sandwich.

Makes filling for 3-4 sandwich.
